This is the part worth choosing an agency for.
A consultant stays on your contract when the administration around them works. We built that half first, as software, not as a spreadsheet and a good memory.

A reminder goes out before the deadline, not the week after payroll has closed.
Invoices raised on a schedule
Every approved timesheet becomes an invoice the same week, with the hours attached to it.

Some of our work is direct with the end client. Much of it runs through prime vendors who hold the master agreement. We name them, because a consultant deserves to know whose paper they are on before they sign.
